HOW should be the relationship between a teacher and a student? 3 THINGS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF

On the battlefield of mahabharata when arjuna become confused,put down the bow and get depressed.He asked his friend shri krishna what to do? 

In the text 7 of the second adhyaya Arjuna said Now I am confused about my duty and have lost all composure because of miserly weakness. In this condition I am asking you to tell me for certain what is best for me now I am your disciple and a soul surrender on to you. Please instruct me.

Here focus on the word surrender. When you want knowledge from anybody you have to do devote yourself to him or her. You have to completely surrender to your Guru or anybody from which you want to gain knowledge,learn something etc. This is the first step from the student.

Now the student has to become curious and ask questions to their Guru. Student should not be hesitate to ask any type of question whether it is related to the syllabus or to the life or whatever. This is the second step.

Now A Guru should not be hesitate or refused to answer to the disciple.They should not get angry when disciple ask questions. One should Show the right path to their disciple irrelatable to whether it is the path of happiness or suffering.

Even Shri Krishna did the same to the Arjuna. Shri Krishna does not became angry nor scolded him for the rubbish questions. Shri Krishna solved all the questions of Arjuna whatever the question was...
